The aim of the tender is to conclude a contract with a suitable company on the basis of which the client can have an AI-supported integrated GKV forecasting and controlling system created and make use of consulting services. The client assumes that the introduction of the management model in the form of an AI-supported integrated controlling and forecasting model will be implemented by the client within a period of six months. The provision of services therefore requires the contractor to have a high degree of expertise in the context of controlling statutory health insurance companies (GKVs) as well as the skills in the implementation of complex forecasting models that meet the specific requirements of the healthcare sector. Consulting services also include data science enablement. The contractor has to work together with other external consultants and service providers in the existing project at the client's premises.

AI-supported integrated GKV forecasting and controlling system (01/U/2023).
The subject of the service to be provided is the development including interlinking of comprehensive data models, analyses as well as the conception and establishment of the necessary controlling processes, project management and implementation and technical advice during the term of the contract.
The Contractor shall create an AI-supported integrated GKV forecasting and controlling system (AI-supported control model based on the GKV benchmark) for the Client. This control model will be implemented at BITMARCK after it has been created in the client's external data center. The client will continue to maintain and further develop this management model itself.
The Contractor advises the Client on the introduction, use and individual adaptation or further development of the control model according to its basic structure within the scope of the contract period.

After the basic structure and the introduction of the control model, there is no obligation on the part of the client to provide advice, use and individual adaptation or further development of the control model under the framework agreement. For example, it is possible that the scope of the assignments in the course of the implementation of the contract will be significantly smaller, i.e. it will be possible to deviate from the information on the hourly rates in Chapters II, III and IV in the price sheet (80). These figures, which are shown as the basis for calculation in the price sheet (80), are expressly not a guaranteed quantity. Binding sales volumes are not guaranteed.

The absolute maximum purchase quantity for the provision of consulting services and services for the further development of the management model is 25% above the calculation basis for the basic term and for the period of the optional contract extensions.
