LOT-0001
Experimental study of laser ignition of cryogenic liquid rocket engines.
As part of the research project "Flashing Liquid Rocket Ignition" (FLARE), extensive experiments on the laser ignition of rocket combustion chambers with optical measurement methods under altitude conditions have to be carried out. The injector geometry to be investigated as well as its operating conditions are specified and are based on the conditions of the ETID (Expander-cycle Technology Integrated Demonstrator), but are not yet known at the beginning of the project.
