VRD project management contract for the execution of development and servicing works and equipment of plots AI 401 and AI 1696 on the ZAC DE SIA MAURICE NORD in Saint-Laurent-du-Maroni.
The contract consists of a firm tranche and an optional tranche defined as follows:
Firm tranche: Preliminary project studies (AVP) – administrative and environmental authorisation (development permit and regulatory file under the Water Act) – public enquiry for the entire development operation.

Particular attention will be paid to ensuring that the project is consistent with the project to link the RN1 and the D11 to the municipality.
