Framework agreement for the supply of:
- Miscellaneous fuels:
*Fuel oil
* industrial gas oil
* petrol, diesel and CNG via (multi)fuel cards
- charging cards for electric vehicles

The agreement will be concluded for a period of 48 months from the moment of conclusion of the assignment with the possibility of termination by either of the parties.

The supply of fuel for lots 1 and 2 is not an exclusive right of the contractor, but is in principle intended. This may depend on an economically favourable location of the filling stations. For example, lot 2 (CNG) with an award of the contract to tenderer X on the basis of the award criteria, but where, for example, there is no favourable location of a service station of the brand or group near Kortessem. In such cases, an additional solution will be sought for a more economically advantageous solution.
