Description:
Expert services are sought for rolling stock projects, including commercial and technical consulting, as well as factory inspections and manufacturing supervision for the City Transport Company's operations.

Metropolitan Area Urban Transport Ltd (Kaupunkiliikenne) organises a tender for a framework agreement for expert service tasks related to rolling stock projects. The object of the procurement is defined in more detail in the Service Description (Appendix 1).

Division 1: Commercial expert services for fleet projects.
The object of the procurement is the City Transport Company's rolling stock business and commercial expert services related to the acquisition of new or used rolling stock, studies, analysis, negotiations and contractual matters related to rolling stock lifecycle services.

A maximum of three (3) framework agreement suppliers shall be selected for the framework agreement. During the framework agreement period, orders are divided between suppliers so that the customer can assign an assignment to the contract supplier they deem most suitable if the estimated value of the procurement is less than EUR 60,000.00 (VAT 0%). In other assignments, the client submits project-specific orders from contract suppliers based on the order in which the framework contract tendering process is located, however, in such a way that the sufficiency of the capacity known to the supplier within the required schedule and scope for the project in question is taken into account when placing the orders. The Client also has the right to arrange a mini-tendering process between the suppliers selected for the sub-area.

The object of the procurement is factory inspections related to the operations of the City Transport Company as well as manufacturing supervision and approvals related to the client's rolling stock.
