1. The subject of the order is the purchase of an external service (in the SaaS model, i.e., Software as a Service), consisting of providing the possibility of identifying species/types of plants, agricultural usage methods, and enabling confirmation of the execution of agrotechnical operations based on the analysis and processing of image data (satellite imagery, aerial photographs, low-altitude flight images), using machine learning/artificial intelligence or indicator analysis (e.g., vegetation index of plants built based on individual spectra of satellite imagery) and all ground data and data collected in open or commercial registers.
2. In the execution of the service, the Contractor shall provide the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture (hereinafter: “Client”):
1) access to data processing tools via a web browser,
2) the ability to parameterize operations and processes,
3) the ability to verify the status of executed processes,
4) the ability to visualize reports from completed processes,
5) the ability to visualize satellite imagery in a given area and time frame,
6) access to an administrator panel allowing, among other things, configuration of users within the institution.
3. The Detailed Description of the subject of the order is Attachment No. 1 to the draft provisions of the agreement (hereinafter: “ppu,” which is Attachment No. 9 to the SWZ).
4. The Client reserves the right to exercise the option right, which will consist of extending the duration of the service by another period not exceeding 12 months.
5. In the event of the need to exercise the option right, the Client will inform the Contractor of this fact before the expiration of the Agreement for the basic order no later than one month before the expiration of the Agreement.
6. The Client reserves the right to exercise the option right once or multiple times, up to a total limit not exceeding the maximum remuneration specified in § 6 sec. 1 point 1.2 of the ppu and not exceeding the maximum extension period of the service execution indicated in point 5 above.
7. In the case of the Client exercising the option right, the Contractor is obliged to execute it under the conditions specified in the Agreement for the basic order.
8. The Client requires that the execution of the subject of the order be carried out under the terms and conditions specified in the ppu along with the attachments constituting Attachment No. 9 to the SWZ.
