As part of the subject of the order, the Contracting Authority distinguishes between the primary order and the optional order.
The subject of the primary order is the purchase by the Contracting Authority:
• Implementation and configuration services for the Cloud Analytical Platform environment,
• Implementation training for the staff of the Contracting Authority for a period of 12 months,
• Service maintenance and technical support services and SLA for a minimum period of 25 months
• FinOps services for a minimum period of 25 months
• Cloud Credits enabling the use of the Cloud Analytical Platform environment for a minimum period of 25 months according to the needs of the Contracting Authority.
The optional orders will include:
1) An optional order consisting of an order for an additional number of Cloud Credits
2) An optional order consisting of extending the duration of the Agreement
3) An optional order consisting of commissioning additional work hours for development, technical consulting, or support related to the conclusion of the Agreement.
The Contracting Authority anticipates awarding similar orders consisting of purchasing additional services in the form of service maintenance, technical support, development, or the provision of Cloud Credits for research projects in the event that the level of interest in utilizing the Platform by the staff of the Contracting Authority exceeds the values assumed in this order.
1. Similar orders may be awarded within 3 years from the awarding of the primary order to the current service provider.
2. The total value of the above orders shall not exceed 35% of the value of the primary order (guaranteed) covered by this Procedure.
3. The scope of similar orders may include the delivery of cloud credits worth no more than 35% of the price of the primary order (guaranteed) covered by this Procedure as specified in the Contractor’s offer.
4. Similar orders will be awarded after conducting negotiations with the Contractor performing the primary order, provided that the negotiated conditions are not less favorable for the Contracting Authority than the conditions for executing the primary order, subject to changes related to the specific nature of a given order/solution/functionality, valuation, and resulting from changes in legal regulations that occurred between the date of concluding the Agreement and the date of concluding the Agreement regarding orders involving the repetition of similar services as in the primary order.
5. Similar orders will be awarded in the mode of a negotiated procedure in accordance with Article 214(1)(7) of the Pzp Act.

The execution of the order aims to support the processes achieving the project goals called "Establishment of the Regional Center for Digital Medicine at the National Institute of Cardiology" financed under the grant from the Medical Research Agency based on contract No. 2023/ABM/02/00013-00.
