The tender phase is governed by the contract documents and other documents made available to the bidders in the course of the award procedure. - EWE AG's multi-cloud strategy relies on the dynamism of hyperscalers to increase its own innovative strength. EWE's vision is to use agile cloud technologies to develop innovative services in the fields of energy, telecommunications and mobility. The integration of artificial intelligence and data analytics into our cloud infrastructure promotes the creation of smarter and more sustainable solutions, among other things. Among other things: - Management of hyperscalers / cloud providers - Management and establishment of cloud services - Implementation of IT projects in the cloud service environment, such as new construction and provision of IT services in the cloud, migrations of on-premise IT services to the cloud and other - Other IT services (insofar as these have been specified in the contractual annexes to this tender)

The above-mentioned services are awarded by the client on the basis of a framework agreement. With regard to the award of individual contracts after the implementation of this call for tenders, the following conditions from the framework contract apply. The EWE Group companies - i.e. EWE AG and some of its affiliated companies within the meaning of Section 15 of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG) - have agreed on a joint award, which is located at EWE AG and which will purchase the products and services tendered here for these Group companies. However, once the bid has been awarded, the Group companies are free to conclude individual contracts with the successful bidder themselves.
