A 4 East, inventory by mobile laser scanning from km 58.9-71.4, both RF and update of the digital as-built documents
LOT-0000
A 4 East, km 58.9-71.4, Inventory Mobile laser scanning and updating of the digital as-built documents.
On the basis of data acquisition by means of a mobile laser scanner (MLS), tachymetric supplementary measurements and data to be incorporated, such as pipeline data and above-ground drainage data, an updated continuous three-dimensional database is to be generated. Surveying using drones is ruled out.
The following surveying services are to be provided in the project area:
• Determination of surveying basics
• Marking and determining the control points for the MLS
• Creation of a georeferenced and classified point cloud
• Creation of up-to-date digital 3D as-built data including representation of the 3D line inventory data and the telecommunications cable
• Preparation of a basic surveying plan with all essential components of the roadway, drainage and road equipment with the help of the existing as-built data
• Creation of a digital terrain model
• Measurement of drainage systems in the area of the median strip and the roadsides:
- Shafts only in the verge area (no shafts in the median strip), the shaft coordinates are recorded in the center of the shaft cover
- The recording of the shaft channels or shaft depths is not part of the service
- Curbs - on curbs, the "height below" is measured at the front edge at the bottom and the "height up" at the trailing edge of the kerb,
- Ditches, outlets, inlets, etc.
• Tachymetric recording of objects that cannot be clearly identified and measured by MLS, such as concealed road edges, details on noise barriers, details on retaining walls, details on bridges, etc.
• Derivation of a motorway axis (centrally located between the directional carriageways) and derivation of a gradient per directional carriageway
• Traffic safety
