The public contract is being carried out as a joint procurement, involving selected healthcare facilities of the AGEL group. The representative of the participants in the joint procurement for the purposes of implementing the public contract is AGEL Hospital Nový Jičín a.s.
The subject of the public contract is the modernization and expansion of the functionalities of the hospital information system in selected healthcare facilities of the AGEL group in the area of process electronicization, electronicization, and standardization of medical documentation. The public contract also includes connection to healthcare documentation exchange systems at both national and international levels and further integration into public administration systems.
The subject of performance is
a) delivery of the central part of the hospital information system - delivery and implementation of the integration bus, its connection to interoperability services, and the development of joint information systems, a trusted archive of electronic documentation, and central technology for the picture archiving and communication system ("PACS"), including additional programming work;
b) delivery of solutions for individual participants in the joint procurement - modernization of hospital information systems, implementation on the services and interfaces of the integration bus, connection to external electronic health systems and central registers, development of PACS, and the development of individual information systems, including additional programming work;
c) provision of maintenance and basic support services; and
d) provision of extended support services.
The public contract will be financed from subsidy programs:
a) 78th call for applications for support from the Integrated Regional Operational Programme 2021-2027 named "IROP - eHealth - SC 1.1 (MRR)" announced by the Ministry for Regional Development of the Czech Republic,
b) 79th call for applications for support from the Integrated Regional Operational Programme 2021-2027 named "IROP - eHealth - SC 1.1 (PR)" announced by the Ministry for Regional Development of the Czech Republic and
c) Ongoing call No. 22 for applications for financial support for projects within the National Recovery Plan of the Czech Republic announced by the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic, ref. No. MV- 63641-65/OFSP-2022, Pillar: Digital Transformation, component name: 1.1 Digital Services for Citizens and Businesses, Reform 2: Electronic Health Services
Based on the results of the procurement procedure for the public contract, individual healthcare facilities participating in the joint procurement will conclude separate contracts with the selected supplier for the fulfillment of the public contract.
