Description:
The project entails the expansion and reconstruction of pedestrian-bicycle paths in Nysa Municipal Park, including the installation of a municipal monitoring system and energy-efficient lighting.

The task involves the expansion and reconstruction of pedestrian-bicycle paths, which will be constructed using a mineral-epoxy and water-permeable mixture. The lengths of the planned sections of pedestrian-bicycle paths are as follows: - pedestrian-bicycle path A-B, section length L=599.85 m; - pedestrian-bicycle path C-D, section length L=780.68 m; - pedestrian-bicycle path O-P, section length L=283.70 m. A total length of 1664.23 m of pedestrian-bicycle paths will be constructed. Roadworks concerning the expansion and reconstruction of paths will be carried out along their existing trace, with the assumption of maintaining their technical parameters regarding the width of the paths. As part of the reconstruction of the technical infrastructure, the construction of a municipal monitoring system is planned. Monitoring: a visual monitoring system will be implemented covering the park area. External pan-tilt cameras, fixed-position cameras, and multi-sensor cameras have been selected for the monitoring system. The planned installation sites for 18 cameras are lighting poles. The connection of signal lines to the cameras will be done using fiber optic cables due to the long distances, laid in a planned cable conduit made of HDPE pipes 125/7.1/8.5 and HDPE 40/3.7, in cable manholes SK-1 and telecommunication cabinets ST. The video signal from the cameras installed in the park will be transmitted via an existing cable to the monitoring server room in the Municipal Office, where a recorder will be installed. The recorder is designed as a high-class dedicated device for recording video signals from IP cameras. The device will be installed in the monitoring server room of the Municipal Office. The cameras installed on the lighting poles will be powered by a system of switched power supplies, stabilized, from the ST cabinets. The power supply lines for the individual ST cabinets will be drawn from the SO with a cable YKY 4x16 mm2 (except for camera PK-01 and cabinet ST 1 powered from building SP 1 from which a cable YKY 3x2.5mm2 must be drawn). As part of the task, a comprehensive reconstruction of the park lighting is planned. Old, worn-out poles, fixtures, and cables will be dismantled. Power will be supplied from the planned SO cabinet built at cabinet S-056 of pole no. 122 and pole no. 707. New styled, aluminum, anodized, conical poles with a height of 4.0 m will be installed. Energy-efficient LED fixtures, styled, 36W, 2700K will be used. The power supply for individual poles will be via a cable line YAKXs 4x35 0.6/1 kV. The fixtures will be equipped with a power supply module, allowing control of lighting during selected night hours. The detailed scope of work is included in the project documentation and the bill of quantities.
