The BWI is considering a framework contract with an economic operator for a subscription for the provision, operation, maintenance, and support of a standard electronic patient record (COTS) according to the gematik specifications as a SaaS solution for the implementation of the electronic patient record of the Bundeswehr (ePABw) through the negotiation procedure with a competition for participation according to § 11 Abs. 1 Satz 1 Alt. 2 VSVgV. The contract will have a duration of up to seven years.
