The subject of the order is: Purchase and delivery of equipment for the Faculty of Chemistry and Pharmacy UO, divided into parts:

Part No. 1
Elemental Analyzer.
The subject of the order in part No. 1 is the purchase and delivery of an Elemental Analyzer (1 piece), in accordance with the SWZ and the Description of the subject of the order/contract constituting Annex No. 1.1 to the SWZ.
The subject of the order will be delivered to the Ordering Party at the risk of the Contractor and within the remuneration (specified in the offer) due to the Contractor.
The Contractor, as part of the proper execution of the subject of the order, is obliged to deliver and install a complete and assembled (installation on site is allowed) factory-new (without signs of use) subject of the order, full-value, free from material, production, and technical defects (with parameters specified in the description of the subject of the order) to the room indicated by the Ordering Party, within the timeframe specified in accordance with point 4 of the SWZ.
The Contractor is obliged to: install, connect, launch, conduct functionality checking and implementation, and provide training on the operation of the equipment.
The Ordering Party requires that the installation, connection, and launch of the subject of the order, together with the implementation and training in the operation of the equipment, shall be carried out by persons who have qualifications for work in this area.
If the delivery of the subject of the order requires the provision of additional materials, elements, and equipment, the Contractor is obliged to provide them within the remuneration specified in the offer.
The Contractor will deliver the goods at its own cost in a manner ensuring complete integrity (by delivery the Ordering Party also understands unloading together with carrying and installation).
The Contractor commits to the placement and assembly of the goods in the places indicated by the Ordering Party.
The Contractor commits to the collection and disposal of packaging.
The execution of the order must be carried out with due diligence and in accordance with all requirements contained in the SWZ with attachments and any information from the Ordering Party for Contractors.
The subject of the contract must be complete, i.e., it must have, according to the OPZ (appropriate to the part) accessories, functions, handling, solutions, etc., compatible with each other, enabling operation within the full range of parameters.
The Contractor must offer the execution of the subject of the order in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party specified in the SWZ and attachments and encompass the entire scope of the subject of the order.
The subject of the order must meet applicable standards and have required approvals for turnover and certificates (including in terms of safety must meet CE standards). The Contractor is obliged to deliver a factory-new subject of the order (in particular, not repaired, not refurbished, not previously used) from current production and a legal distribution channel, operational, complete (in particular with all components, parts, and materials) and compliant with OPZ – annexes No. 1.1 – 1.7 to the SWZ – according to the parts.
In cases where trademarks, patents, origin, source or specific processes characterizing specific products or services are indicated in the description of the subject of the order, it means that the Ordering Party cannot describe the subject of the order in a sufficiently precise and comprehensible way, and this is justified by the specificity of the subject of the order. In such cases, the use of the above indications shall be read with the words “or equivalent”. The Ordering Party indicates the criteria used in the description of the subject of the order for assessing equivalence.
In situations where the Ordering Party describes the subject of the order by referring to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications, and systems of technical reference, as mentioned in Article 101, paragraph 1 point 2 and paragraph 3 of the Pzp Act, equivalent solutions to those described are allowed. The Contractor referring to equivalent solutions is obliged to demonstrate that the solution offered meets the requirements set by the Ordering Party. In such cases, the contractor shall attach to the offer a list of proposed equivalent solutions along with their description or indication of relevant standards.

Part No. 2
Triple Range FTIR Raman Spectrometer.
The subject of the order in part No. 2 is the purchase and delivery of a Triple Range FTIR Raman Spectrometer (1 piece), according to the SWZ and the Description of the object of the order/contract constituting Annex No. 1.2 to the SWZ.
The subject of the order will be delivered to the Ordering Party at the risk of the Contractor and within the remuneration (specified in the offer) due to the Contractor.
The Contractor, as part of the proper execution of the subject of the order, is obliged to deliver and install a complete and assembled (installation on site is allowed) factory-new (without signs of use), full-value subject of the order free from material, production, and technical defects (with parameters specified in the description of the subject of the order) to the room indicated by the Ordering Party, within the timeframe specified in accordance with point 4 SWZ.
The Contractor is obliged to: install, connect, launch, conduct control and implementation and conduct training in the operation of the equipment.

The subject of the order will be delivered to the Ordering Party at the risk of the Contractor and as part of the remuneration (specified in the offer) due to the Contractor.

The subject of the order in part no. 6 is the purchase and delivery of Preparative HPLC (1 piece), in accordance with the SWZ and the Description of the subject of the order/agreement constituting Annex no. 1.6 to the SWZ.
The subject of the order will be delivered to the Ordering Party at the risk of the Contractor and as part of the remuneration (specified in the offer) due to the Contractor.

Part no. 7
Glovebox.
The subject of the order in part No. 7 is the purchase and delivery of a Glovebox (1 unit), in accordance with the SWZ and the Description of the subject of the order/agreement which is an attachment No. 1.7 to the SWZ.
The Ordering Party requires a serially produced unit; pilot solutions are not allowed due to potential future expansion possibilities with additional glove compartments - failure to comply with the above requirement will result in the rejection of the Contractor's offer based on art. 226 sec. 1 point 5 of the Pzp Act.
The subject of the order will be delivered to the Ordering Party at the Contractor's risk and under the remuneration (as defined in the offer) due to the Contractor.
The Contractor is obligated to deliver and bring a complete and assembled (on-site assembly is allowed) brand new (without signs of use), fully functional item, free from material, manufacturing, and technical defects (with parameters defined in the description of the subject of the order) to the room indicated by the Ordering Party within the period specified in accordance with point 4 of the SWZ.
The Contractor is obliged to install, connect, start up, conduct an operational check, and implement, as well as provide training on the use of the equipment.
The Ordering Party requires that the installation, connection, and start-up of the item, along with conducting an operational check and implementation, as well as training on the use of the equipment, be carried out by persons authorized to work in this area.
If additional materials, elements, and equipment are required for the delivered item, the Contractor is obliged to provide them as part of the remuneration specified in the offer.
The Contractor will deliver the goods at their own expense in a manner that ensures complete integrity (the delivery also includes unloading along with bringing in and installation).
The Contractor is obliged to place and install the goods in the locations indicated by the Ordering Party.
The Contractor is obliged to collect and dispose of the packaging.

A contractor who refers to equivalent solutions is obliged to demonstrate that the solution they offer meets the requirements specified by the Ordering Party. In such cases, the contractor will attach to the offer a list of proposed equivalent solutions along with their description or reference appropriate standards.
