Public service delegation for the operation of mobility services.
Ensure the operation of the public mobility service: - Urban lines; - Main interurban lines; - Secondary interurban lines; - Summer lines; - Demand-responsive transport; - Transport for persons with reduced mobility; - School transport; - Medium and long-term bicycle rental. Establish an internal organization adapted to the consistency of the service (support functions, operation, maintenance, management, etc.). Support all costs directly related to the execution of the public mobility service in accordance with current accounting, tax, and regulatory standards. Proceed with the renewal of rolling stock provided by CARA, complying with environmental obligations. Provide rolling stock other than that supplied by CARA and necessary for the services. Manage personnel. Implement a marketing and communication policy to increase usage, in conjunction with CARA. Implement suitable traveler information methods and improve them during the execution of the Contract. Proceed with the renewal of systems necessary for the operation of the service, communication, and ticketing. Ensure an optimal quality of service for users throughout the Contract and monitor quality. Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the equipment and goods necessary for the service. Coordinate, control, and report to CARA on the activities of subcontractors and, more generally, all stakeholders associated with the operation and management of the network. Provide CARA with advice and expertise to improve the transport network and mobility services during the execution of the Contract Produce on behalf of CARA all activity tracking information enabling CARA control through the production of an annual report and any information specified in the contract (tracking dashboards, etc.).
