A. The services subject to the procurement contract are:
- Preparation of the technical project (PTh);
- Preparation of the execution organization project (P.O.E.)
- Preparation of execution details (DDE);
- Technical assistance from the designer during the execution of the works.
The above services will be in accordance with Government Decision no. 907/2016 regarding the stages of preparation and the framework content of the technical-economic documentation related to the investment objectives/projects financed from public funds with subsequent amendments and completions.
Attention: for LOT 2 - Regarding the coexistence study specified in the agreement from CNAIR (related to the BRIDGE), it is the responsibility of the designer to carry it out.

B. The execution works covered by the contract: the works consist of construction and modernization of road infrastructure.
All works are detailed in detail within DALI/DTAC and the annexes attached to the specifications. The provisions of DTAC/DALI and the annexes attached to the specifications are considered integral parts of the specifications - these parts contain technical specifications that represent requirements, prescriptions, technical characteristics that allow services and works to be described objectively, so as to meet the needs of the contracting authority, requirements based on which the conformity of the technical offer is established and the application of the general clauses 19 from the contract model approved by Annex 2, HG no. 1/2018, with subsequent changes. Present also the design theme.

Economic operators may request clarifications/additional information regarding the attribution documentation up to 20 days before the deadline for submission of offers so that the response of the contracting authority will be transmitted 11 days before the deadline for submission of offers.
