As part of the contract execution, the Contractor will:
1) Develop the Technical Project;
2) Supply and install Equipment at the Ordering Party's premises;
3) Provide licenses/subscriptions for perpetual Software licenses along with technical support from the manufacturer at a standard of 5/8 for a period of 36 months from the date of delivery;
4) Provide licenses/subscriptions for perpetual Software licenses for container orchestration, on all cluster servers indicated in Chapter 2 of Annex no. 1 to the Agreement, along with support from the Software manufacturers for container orchestration, for a period of 36 months from the date of delivery;
5) Implement the expansion of the AI Platform in the Ordering Party's IT environment, in accordance with the Technical Project prepared by the Contractor and accepted by the Ordering Party, in particular integrate the security modules of the expanded AI Platform with the Ordering Party's security systems;
6) Develop and deliver:
a) as-built documentation of the AI Platform,
b) administrative documentation describing, among others, administrative procedures and maintenance of the AI Platform after expansion,
c) user documentation describing how to work with the AI Platform after expansion,
d) the technical card of the AI Platform after expansion;
7) Prepare test scenarios for internal and acceptance tests of the AI Platform after expansion and assist during acceptance tests conducted by the Ordering Party, as well as prepare reports from the tests mentioned in this point;
8) Assist during the Ordering Party's security tests and address any security vulnerabilities detected during these tests;
9) Ensure the conduct of training for the Ordering Party's employees based on the principles specified in § 4 sec. 42 - 50 of the agreement;
10) Provide 20 annual subscriptions for e-learning courses prepared by the producer of the expanded part of the AI Platform (in the areas of administration, usage of that part of the AI Platform, and building, implementing and maintaining AI models) in Polish or English;
11) Carry out the consultation requests received from the Ordering Party regarding the administration and usage of the AI Platform, up to 480 man-hours;
12) Ensure access to a catalog of ready-made components for building AI solutions according to the requirements specified in Chapter 3 of Annex no. 1 to the Agreement, throughout the period mentioned in point 3;
13) Conduct workshops on building and implementing models on the expanded AI Platform, during which two models will be built and implemented:
a) Speech-to-text for the Polish language - based on a recording, the model produces a transcription and then a summary,
b) A chatbot in Polish for a selected topical area using the RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) technique.<
