Description:

Works contract for bringing together all Martinique Autisme establishments on a single site at Habitation Fantaisie, including various lots such as VRD, Gross-Oeuvre, Timber Framing Roofing, Structural Steel, Waterproofing, Electricity, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, Generator Set, Exterior and Interior Joinery, False Ceiling Partitions, Locksmithing, Floor and Wall Coverings, Painting, Green Spaces, Photovoltaic Power Plant, and Elevator.

The real estate project envisaged by the Association therefore consists of bringing together all its establishments on a single site: the Habitation Fantaisie in Saint-Joseph. This site adjoins a hospital (mainly providing SRH and inpatient consultations), as well as a nursing home that is currently being rebuilt.
