As part of the subject of the order, the Contracting Authority distinguishes between the basic order and the optional order.
The subject of the basic order is the purchase by the Contracting Authority of:
• Implementation and configuration services for the Cloud Analytics Platform,
• Training for the Contracting Authority's personnel for a period of 12 months,
• Service and technical support services and SLA for a period of at least 25 months
• FinOps services for a period of at least 25 months
• Cloud credits enabling the use of the Cloud Analytics Platform for a period of at least 25 months according to the needs of the Contracting Authority.
The optional orders will be:
1) An optional order consisting of ordering an additional number of Cloud credits
2) An optional order consisting of extending the duration of the Agreement
3) An optional order consisting of commissioning additional development work hours, technical consulting, or support related to the completion of the Agreement.
The Contracting Authority anticipates awarding similar orders consisting of purchasing additional services in the form of service support, technical support, development, or providing Cloud credits for research projects in the event that the level of interest in using the Platform by the Contracting Authority's personnel exceeds the values set in this order. 1. Similar orders may be awarded within 3 years from the awarding of the basic order to the existing service provider. 2. The total value of the above orders shall not exceed 35% of the value of the basic order (guaranteed) covered by this Procedure. 3. The scope of similar orders may include the provision of cloud credits not exceeding 35% of the price of the basic order (guaranteed) indicated in the contractor's offer covered by this Procedure. 4. Similar orders will be awarded after negotiations with the contractor implementing the basic order, provided that the negotiated conditions are no less favorable to the Contracting Authority than the conditions for the implementation of the basic order, subject to changes related to the specifics of the given order/solution/functionality, valorization, and those resulting from changes in legal regulations that occurred between the date of conclusion of the Agreement and the date of conclusion of the Agreement concerning orders for repeating similar services as in the basic order. 5. Similar orders will be awarded in the mode of a negotiated procedure in accordance with Article 214 paragraph 1 item 7 of the Pzp Act.

The implementation of the order aims to support the processes realizing the assumed goals of the project titled “Establishment of the Regional Center for Digital Medicine at the National Institute of Cardiology” financed under the grant of the Medical Research Agency based on agreement no. 2023/ABM/02/00013-00.
