The objective will be achieved in several phases: Phase 1a, 1b, 2, and 3. Phase 1a and Phase 1b: The subject of this tender is the creation and execution of a Proof of Concept (PoC) for an AI-supported expertise in individual case assessments for care for MD RLP, initially regarding mobility assessment. (Phase 1a) Optionally, MD RLP can commission the contractor to expand the PoC to all modules related to expertise creation. (Phase 1b) Phase 2: Phase 2 requires the successful implementation of the acceptance criteria outlined in section 2.1.1 of Phases 1a and 1b. The client is then entitled to commission Phase 2 (optional). In this phase, the implementation of the PoC will take place by the contractor using real data, as well as support provided by the contractor. This will initially be limited to one location of the MD RLP, likely the location in Mainz. Phase 3: In the event of successful completion of Phases 1 and 2, MD RLP is entitled to commission the rollout option in the area of individual case assessment for the entire MD RLP from the contractor, utilizing real data and support from the contractor.
