The subject of the contract concerns services related to the construction and modification of the electrical networks managed by ENEDIS, specifically in collective residential buildings.
Services will be divided into 2 technical lots and across 2 geographical lots (North and South).
- Technical Lots Vertical Columns: The lots include the execution of works related to the creation, modification, or renewal of vertical electric columns in collective residential buildings, including the addition of individual branches as well as energizing and, where applicable, programming the LINKY meters. The Regional Directorate (DR) reserves the right to assign studies to the contractors in case of specific needs.
The 'vertical columns' lots also include a technical option concerning the construction of a self-electric network that does not require earthworks.
- Technical Lots Self-Electric Network: These lots include study and execution services for the construction and connection of a collective infrastructure for electric vehicle charging (IRVE) in an existing building, connected to the public electricity distribution network, designated by Enedis as a 'self-electric network'.
This service, entrusted to a single partner as the interface between Enedis and the client, includes the following elements:
  * Assistance in project management and client relationship management
  * Conducting studies
  * Executing works, including earthworks
  * Programming meters
