1. The subject of the proceedings is to define the framework conditions for awarding and executing Orders under the Framework Agreement. 2. The Ordering Party will make purchases of AI Laboratory Kits in the number of 12 thousand Kits (including 8 thousand for primary schools and 4 thousand for secondary schools) in accordance with the Detailed description of the subject of the order (hereinafter SOPZ), included in Annex 1 to the SWZ.
