Demolition of the Abdinghof and Marienplatz administration buildings; Shoring and construction pit construction.
The subject of the present tender is the construction of a dry excavation pit in the city centre of Paderborn.
The main construction services of the shoring measure, underground dismantling, earthworks and rock milling work as well as the professional disposal of the excavated material include, among other things:
• Carrying out explosive ordnance investigations
• Construction of construction roads and working levels for setting up and driving on large drilling rigs
• Production of bored pile walls (tangent, dissolved) including plug-in beams in the head area as well as wood or shotcrete infill.
• Creation of working levels for tie-back anchoring
• Creation of the back anchoring (incl. core drilling by bored pile)
• Creation of an internal bracing
• Excavation and disposal of the material of the basement backfilling
• Underground dismantling and disposal of old cellar walls, floor slabs and basement damens.
