The assignment concerns a framework agreement for various consultancy assignments related to environment, nature, urban planning, mobility, and environmental safety. The aim is to provide reports, studies, and advice within these domains, specifically for the port areas of Antwerp and Zeebrugge and their immediate surroundings.

The specific tasks involve carrying out the following in accordance with applicable legislation or broader:
1. Preparation of environmental permit applications and notifications (including assistance from a certified environmental coordinator and architect)
2. Preparation of various studies, assessments, and reports linked to environmental permits (noise & light studies, dewatering, rainwater, nitrogen assessments and notes... )
3. Preparation of archaeological notes (office and field research)
4. Hydrogeological studies
5. Preparation of appropriate nature assessments, nature tests, and compensation proposals
6. Preparation of EIA screening and project EIA
7. Preparation of mobility assessments and studies (MOBER)
8. Environmental safety studies and OVRA
9. Landscape design and environmental analyses
10. Environmental technical feasibility studies in the context of spatial explorations
11. Land surveying and preparation of plans

In addition, technical expertise and expert advice may be requested for all related questions within the domains of environment, nature, urban planning, mobility, and environmental safety, concerning both projects in which the client is involved and projects from third parties for which the client must formulate advice.
