Breaza City has signed financing contracts with MLPDA through the National Recovery and Resilience Program for the following objectives: • The procurement of public transport vehicles - electric buses, 10m Breaza City-Adunați Commune, Prahova County • Ensuring infrastructure for green transport – ITS/other ICT infrastructures at the level of Breaza City In relation to these objectives, Breaza City needs to purchase a total of 8 electric vehicle charging stations. The supply of the charging stations involves the following activities: 1. Design services, 2. Works for setting up parking spaces where the equipment will be installed, 3. Supply of equipment: charging stations, 4. Installation and commissioning of charging stations. According to the provisions of art. 160 of Law 98/2016, with subsequent amendments, the deadline by which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the attribution documentation is 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers. If the requests for clarifications or additional information have been made within the established term, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to the clarification requests on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of offers.
