9) The Contractor will be responsible to the Ordering Party for having the right to market the software installed in the offered equipment, and for ensuring that as a result of the concluded agreement, the Ordering Party will be authorized to use any software supplied with the offered equipment for ordinary use,
10) The Contractor is responsible for the entirety of the order, including its course, timely execution, quality, compliance with technical conditions, quality and applicable legal regulations.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the order, size, scope, type and amount of deliveries, warranty conditions, service and technical parameters are specified in Annex No. 1 (parts 1-15) to the SWZ and Project contract Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.

Social and economic equipment.
1. Social and economic equipment includes:

2. The scope of the contract includes:
1) Delivery of brand new (production year: 2024/2025), from current production and unused before delivery, excluding necessary use for conducting performance tests, from official distribution channels ensuring particularly the realization of warranty rights of the equipment as specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ along with transport, carrying, and installation (if applicable) at a place indicated by the Ordering Party,
2) Providing required operating instructions in Polish (if applicable),
3) Delivery of technical and operational documentation related to the subject of the order,
4) Providing warranty documents issued by the manufacturer along with any necessary cables, wires, connectors, etc. (if required for proper operation of the product),
5) Cleaning of premises after assembly and installation of the equipment,
6) Conducting training on the operation of the equipment for indicated employees of the Ordering Party (applies to items supplied for which such necessity is provided in the detailed description of the subject of the order),
7) Transportation and insurance costs of the supplied equipment are borne by the Contractor,
8) All electrical elements of the offered equipment must comply with Polish power supply standards,

4) Providing warranty documents issued by the manufacturer along with the order, as well as all necessary wires, cables, connectors, etc. (if required for the proper functioning of the product),
5) Cleaning of the premises after the assembly and arrangement and installation of the equipment,
6) Conducting training for designated employees of the Contracting Authority on the operation of the equipment (regarding components of the delivered equipment for which such necessity was provided in the detailed description of the subject of the order),
7) Costs of transport and insurance of the delivered equipment are borne by the Contractor,
8) All electrical elements of the offered equipment must comply with Polish power standards,
9) The Contractor is responsible to the Contracting Authority for being entitled to introduce the software installed in the offered equipment into circulation and for ensuring that the Contracting Authority, as a result of the conclusion of the contract, is entitled to use any software delivered with the offered equipment for ordinary use,
