1. The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works involving the reconstruction of the tramway section on 1 Maja Street in Elbląg, from Pl. Słowiański to Pl. Konstytucji. 2. The scope of the works covered by the contract includes, among others: - reconstruction of 1 Maja Street on the section from Krótka Street to Pl. Konstytucji, - reconstruction of the tramway track on the section from Krótka Street to Pl. Konstytucji, including the construction of barriers, - reconstruction of the intersections of 1 Maja Street with Szpitalna and Godlewskiego Streets, - reconstruction of pedestrian crossings, - construction of parking bays, - reconstruction of drainage elements in the road and track system, - reconstruction of gas networks, - securing water supply networks, - reconstruction and securing of electrical networks, - reconstruction of the control and heating installation for switches, - reconstruction of the platforms at bus stops along with adjusting the position of platform edges and linear drainage, equipping them with bus shelters and photovoltaic panels, - restoration of the roadway along with sidewalks and bicycle paths, - necessary reconstruction of technical infrastructure as a result of collisions with rail and road infrastructure, - execution of horizontal and vertical markings in accordance with the final traffic organization project, - landscaping of road greenery. 3. The investment is carried out with the participation of funds obtained under the project Eastern Poland European Funds 2021-2027 Action FEPW.03.01 Sustainable urban mobility, funding application no. FEPW.03.01-IP.01-0002/25 “Reconstruction and modernization of existing tramway sections and purchase of tram vehicles”, contract no. FEPW.03.01-IP.01-0002/25-00 dated June 18, 2025.
