Framework Agreement for Digitalization Consulting.
The future viability of the KVBW primarily requires a strategic positioning on the megatrends of digitalization, artificial intelligence (AI), change management, and IT infrastructure operations & transition. Therefore, KVBW is looking for a management consultancy that provides advice on the aforementioned topics and supports the implementation and establishment within KVBW as needed. The order encompasses the following consulting and support services.
3.1 Digitalization
The digitalization of processes and tasks in the KVBW requires a holistic approach that initially develops a strategy for KVBW regarding digital transformation and digitalization based on the corporate strategy. Specifically, the following consulting services are to be provided:
- Development of a digitalization strategy for KVBW
- Development of a methodology for the implementation of the digitalization strategy
- Development and establishment of a maturity model for KVBW
- Consulting on the digitalization of processes in KVBW
- Identification and evaluation of digitalization potentials in KVBW
- Preparation, execution & follow-up of workshops
- Management of digitalization projects
3.2 AI
In connection with digitalization, the question also arises as to how the use of AI can be targeted and compliant with regulations for KVBW. Specifically, the following consulting services are to be provided:
- Development of an AI strategy for KVBW
- Support in the creation and further development of an AI policy for KVBW
- Consulting on the use and introduction of AI applications in KVBW
- Identification and evaluation of AI potentials in KVBW
- Consulting regarding practical handling of regulations in the AI environment (e.g., AI ACT, GDPR)
- AI training (in e-learning format) according to the EU AI Regulation (EU AI Act)
- Preparation, execution & follow-up of workshops
3.3 Change Management
As part of the digitalization process, change management is a crucial success factor. The aim is to successfully shape these changes while considering both operational processes and the affected employees. Specifically, the following consulting services are to be provided:
- Coaching, sparring & consulting on change management
- Preparation, execution & follow-up of workshops
- Development of a change management toolbox for KVBW
- Establishment of change management in KVBW
3.4 IT Infrastructure Operations and Transition
The consulting and support for the further development of the IT infrastructure focuses on hybrid operating models that integrate both on-premises and cloud solutions. The client should be supported in the development of suitable migration strategies for existing IT infrastructure services. Additionally, assistance will be provided in creating concrete implementation concepts for IT infrastructure projects. The client’s IT system architects should be guided in the strategic alignment and architectural modernization of their systems through manufacturer-independent consulting. Specifically, the following consulting services are to be provided:
- Consulting and support in the further development of IT infrastructure with a focus on hybrid operating models (on-prem and cloud)
- Support in the development of migration strategies for existing IT infrastructure services
- Support in the creation of implementation concepts for IT infrastructure projects using appropriate tools and frameworks
- Manufacturer-independent consulting on strategic alignment and architectural modernization for IT system architects
