Description:
Supplier needed for installation, upgrade, and routine maintenance of fire alarm and associated systems at Courtauld Institute of Art across three sites, must be accredited GENT service provider.
The purpose of this contract is to find a supplier to install, upgrade and provide routine service and maintenance of all fire alarms, fire detection and associated systems (including but not limited to VESDA, refuge points, smoke vents, sprinkler system and fire suppression system) across three sites. Supplier must be an accredited GENT service installer/provider.
The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
