The purpose of this tender is to select a total of 5 engineering firms with which a framework agreement will be signed. In total, 5 framework contracts will be concluded for the next four years. The tender is divided into 3 lots:
Lot 1: General civil engineering activities. For this lot, 3 engineering firms are selected to carry out general activities in the civil engineering field. Exceptionally supervising the execution.
Lot 2: Hydraulic structures and constructions. For this lot, 1 engineering firm is selected to carry out engineering work for hydraulic structures and constructions. Exceptionally supervising the execution.
Lot 3: Dredging activities. For this lot, 1 engineering firm is selected to carry out engineering work for preparing (research, surveying, drafting specifications and drawings) and exceptionally supervising the execution of (profile) maintenance of navigable waterways and urban water.

General civil engineering activities.
For this lot, 3 engineering firms are selected to carry out general activities in the civil engineering field. Exceptionally supervising the execution.
The contracted suppliers are required to perform engineering work for preparation, drawing work, and project management in the field of infrastructure works based on a further offer. This includes projects in the area of:
Rearrangements;
Expansion plans;
Construction or replacement of sewerage;
Asphalt maintenance;
Maintenance of element pavings.
Activities that can be carried out include drafting specifications based on RAW methodology, creating estimates, and making drawings. Suppliers should also be able to advise the municipality on research regarding flora & fauna, soil, paving etc. Furthermore, the supplier must be able to unlock these studies if desired, possibly in subcontracting. Within this assignment, the following staff can be deployed:

supervisor.

Hydraulic structures and constructions.
For this lot, 1 engineering firm is selected to perform engineering work for hydraulic structures and constructions. Exceptionally supervising the execution.
The contracted supplier must perform engineering work for the design, work preparation/engineering, calculations, technical drawing, and project management and advice in the area of hydraulic constructions and bridges based on a further offer. This includes projects in the area of replacing, maintaining, or constructing:
replacement of sheet piles, quays, and other shore protections;
fixed bridges;
movable bridges;
weirs;
piers.
Activities that can be performed include drafting specifications based on RAW methodology, creating estimates, making drawings, and structural calculations. Suppliers must also be able to advise on or participate in a construction team. Within this assignment, the following staff can be deployed:
draftsman;
work preparer;
project leader/advisor;
constructor;
supervisor.

Dredging activities.
For this lot, 1 engineering firm is selected to carry out engineering work for preparing (research, surveying, drafting specifications and drawings) and exceptionally supervising the execution of (profile) maintenance of navigable waterways and urban water.
The contracted supplier must perform engineering work based on a further offer for surveying, calculating dredging issues, specifications preparation, performing technical drawing, and project management and advice in the area of profile maintenance of:
navigable waterways;
urban water.
Activities that can be carried out include drafting specifications based on RAW methodology, creating estimates, making drawings, and calculations. Suppliers should also be able to advise the municipality on research regarding flora & fauna, waterbed, applying dredging sludge, etc. Furthermore, if desired, the supplier must be able to unlock these studies, possibly in subcontracting. Within this assignment, the following staff can be deployed:
