Description:
2M-IT Oy is forming a framework agreement for eServices including electronic services, technical aids, expert services, and AI products used in health, social services, and rescue sectors, with specific lots for eProducts, Professional Services, AI Products and Services, and total eServices delivery.

2M-IT Oy forms a framework agreement on eServices. eServices include the implementation of electronic services (eServices), technical aids and devices connected to electronic services (eProducts), expert services related to the development and implementation of the service package, and AI products and services utilising artificial intelligence and robotics as a separate entity. The services are utilised in steering and producing services in the health and social services sector and rescue sector.

The object of the procurement is described in more detail in the appendix "Submitting an application to participate in the procurement".


LOT-0001
eProducts
eProducts.
eProducts are technical aids and devices connected to electronic services that can be used to implement interactive and ergonomic user interfaces and real-world device and sensor integrations. Examples of eProducts include tools related to nursing and care work and mobile tools related to work development and monitoring. Deliveries can be turnkey deliveries related to eProducts and tools as a service for various needs of social welfare, health care and rescue departments. The delivery may also include only devices and equipment, such as various measuring and safety devices related to home services, as well as terminal devices through which the e-Services can be used. The acquisition includes maintenance of the eProduct and lifecycle updates. The procurement includes the development of eProducts together with the customer and support for the customer in connection with the introduction and further development of the eProducts. The acquisition also includes support and training for 2M-IT, 2M-IT customers and their end users.

Professional Services
Professional Services.
Expert services include expert work assignments related to the development of electronic services, such as products and devices utilised in eServices, architecture, product development, programming, integrations and the above-mentioned service design. Expert services include planning, implementing and consulting implementations that utilise data analytics. This area includes the definition of services and products and the development of technical specifications. The object of procurement may also be the design, review, testing and audit of the administrative and technical security and functional quality of services and products.

AI Products and Services
AI Products and Services.
AI products and services cover new applications based on various AI technologies such as machine learning, neural networks, natural language processing (NLP) and other modern AI methods, as well as expert services for deploying, customizing and optimizing AI-related products and services. This area includes the utilisation of robotics in electronic services. The object of procurement may be planning, implementation, implementation steering and management consulting within the scope of the sub-area

eServices
eServices.
The total delivery of eServices, which includes the overall delivery (development, deployment and maintenance) of new electronic services to be developed and the development and maintenance of existing electronic services and service platforms. At this stage, the contracting entity estimates that it will acquire mobile applications related to existing services, new independent mobile services and applications to be developed, indoor positioning and eServices related to customer registration and feedback. Various integration platforms are also included in the sub-area. An integration platform refers to a service and a tool with open interfaces and its functions can be developed and modified according to the customer's needs. An integration platform is an application or service that allows information to be transported through defined phases and the information can be enriched or processed as agreed. The integration platform combines and transfers data in a defined manner, e.g. from the national system to equipment positioning in connection with the appointment booking of the wellbeing services county's procedure room.
