Description:
The contract involves the installation and training for advanced technical equipment across educational centers, including comprehensive training on various technologies, complete installation of a video conferencing system, and delivery of digital technology components such as tablets, PCs, and sound systems.

a) The subject of the contract will also include comprehensive training of 4 hours provided once at the place of implementation. The contracting authority requires that the content of the training includes mainly (note: the content of the training may vary depending on which part of the public contract the supplier submits a bid for):
- working with cameras, audio technology, recording, and online broadcasts.
- management of the video conferencing system – switching shots, managing microphones, and connecting participants.
- administration of WiFi network – management of SSID, VLAN, access control, QoS.
- diagnostics and resolution of common problems – troubleshooting, system reboot, management of user accounts.
- provision of manuals in Czech – every participant in the training will receive detailed user manuals for all installed devices in Czech. The manuals will contain:
o a detailed description of the functions and operation of the systems,
o procedures for basic maintenance and troubleshooting,
o technical documentation and support contacts.
b) The contracting authority requires that the selected suppliers of the individual parts of the public contract ensure complete installation and commissioning of the technological equipment, including the SW connection of all 76 educational centers, i.e. 14 regional educational centers and 62 district centers (IPVS). The supplier will ensure the complete assembly and connection of all components in accordance with the contracting authority's methodology, ensuring full compatibility of all devices and their corresponding functionality for educational purposes, training, and retraining.
The specific requirements of the contracting authority for installation are as follows:
- Equipment for interactive education, online broadcasts, and hybrid forms of teaching, enabling the connection of educational centers,
- Video conferencing system – including cameras with 360° recording, spatial microphones, and sound equipment,
- WiFi router with 5G support – ensuring quality connectivity with at least WiFi 6 (AX1800) and 1x GbE WAN/LAN port,
- Installation cabling – connecting all devices including organization and securing cables,
- Interactive audiovisual connection between educational centers – online transmission of training, recording, and sharing of educational materials.
c) The subject of the performance in relevant parts according to the minimum technical specification requirements will also include the installation of installation cabling and network infrastructure to the extent required by the individual products. The installation of the installation cabling should include mainly:
- delivery and installation of cabling for all devices,
- connecting all network elements to the power supply and data infrastructure,
- arrangement and securing of cables including the installation of cable organizers and ducts,
- testing and control of connections,
- providing documentation of the actual state including at least:
o a list and types of cables used (type, length, number of pieces, connection specifications).
o a map and diagram of device connections indicating cable paths.
o configuration details for the network infrastructure.
o a handover protocol confirming the correctness of the installation.

c. Laser pointer – 10 pieces
d. Smart laser printer with scanner and copier – 5 pieces
e. Second touch monitor – 72 pieces
f. Video conferencing (+ desktop camera SOVA) – 5 pieces
g. Jabra AV – 15 pieces
h. AV headset/lavalier microphone – 72 pieces
i. WiFi router and access interface – 5 pieces
j. Installation cabling
