Supplier needed to provide online access to information on various disciplines for Council's legal and quality compliance obligations through a single online portal.

The Council are seeking a supplier who can provide online access to information in regards to the civil and structural, mechanical and electrical , architectural, health and safety, fire safety, environmental health and environmental management disciplines.It is required that analytics and expertise in regards to the above subject matters are delivered regularly by experts, analysts and consultants to offer actionable intelligence that would be needed to make informed decisions on markets and projects the Council is looking to undertake.The products shall assist with meeting the Council’s legal and quality compliance obligations; ensuring that staff can access current and critical published information saving time, and money and helping to meet deadlines and reducing Organisational Risk.The Council requires a single online portal that provides readily available access to a wide variety of publishers to enable the download of appropriate technical standards (e.g. BSI, BRE, RIBA, CIBSE, Euro Codes, Design Standards, Butterworth etc.). The online portal must offer easily downloadable documents for information / documents sought.
