1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of an electronic anesthesia card license - EKZ, a server license, a license for the operation of the Blood Report Module along with implementation and IT equipment dedicated to the electronic anesthesia card at the Ordering Party's premises in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Appendix No. 1 to this Specification, or equivalent solutions, whereby in assessing the equivalence of the solutions offered by the Contractor, the Ordering Party will evaluate the parameters of the infrastructure offered by the Contractor, comparing them with the parameters specified in Appendix 1 to the Specification.
2. Offers that do not include the full scope of the subject of the contract will be rejected.
3. The remaining conditions of the order are specified in the draft contract, which is Appendix No. 3 to this Specification.
Funding for the order is provided under the Project: “Modernization and Expansion of Diagnostics Facilities, Concomitant Treatment, Pharmacotherapy, and Pharmaceutical Care for Oncology Patients at the Ludwik Rydygier Specialist Hospital in Krakow” as part of the National Reconstruction and Resilience Plan. Component D “Efficiency, accessibility and quality of the health protection system”.
NOTE: The Ordering Party reserves the right to annul the procurement procedure if the funds intended for financing the order are not granted (Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law).
