The subject of the procurement is the provision of consulting services to the client based on separate written procurement contracts established under a framework arrangement according to the following areas A - E: A. Research services and SOTE consulting B. Development, design, and specification services C. Data warehouse development D. Usability testing services E. Project management services The acquired consulting services can be used in all tasks related to the development, production, and maintenance of the client's service operations. A framework arrangement will be established based on the competition. Three (3) suppliers will be selected for each area. A. Research services and SOTE consulting.
The subject of procurement is research services aimed at demonstrating the effectiveness of social and health services. The acquired expert must have knowledge and experience of the service paths of users of digital services and an understanding of where important data for measuring effectiveness can be collected and how this data can be utilized to assess the effectiveness of the service. The procurement involves comprehensive SOTE consulting for the use of DigiFinland. SOTE consulting is a consulting service that supports social and health care actors in service development, change management, and interpreting regulatory requirements. It helps ensure that services are smooth, effective, and cost-efficient while meeting legal requirements. B. Development, design, and specification services.
The subject of procurement includes planning, implementation, deployment, further development, and maintenance of applications and systems. Assignments may also relate to the deployment of off-the-shelf software and resolving situations during the use of various systems’ data sources. With the help of experts, the work required for the lifecycle of the information system can be implemented and maintained. The consulting work to be acquired will produce concrete data management solutions, including necessary technical solutions for data management and ready-made reports and analytics that support data-driven management from raw data. The subject of procurement is a consulting service that aims to provide usability testing services and expert evaluations of the usability of products for the digital services currently in production and in development at DigiFinland, as well as for projects developed in collaboration with partners. The procurement also includes other usability testing consulting, where the supplier's expertise can be utilized, for example, in the development of product development models and in forming general usability testing guidelines and policies for DigiFinland.
