2. The scope of the order includes:
1) delivery of brand new equipment (production year: 2024/2025), coming from current production and unused before the delivery date, excluding necessary use for conducting a proper functioning test, coming from official manufacturer distribution channels, ensuring in particular the realization of warranty rights of the equipment as specified in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ along with their transport, carrying in, and installation (if applicable) and setting it up at the location indicated by the Contracting Authority,
2) delivery with the order of the required operating instructions in Polish (if applicable),
3) delivery of technical and operational documentation related to the subject of the order,
4) delivery with the order of warranty documents issued by the manufacturer, as well as all necessary cables, wires, connectors, etc. (if required for the proper functioning of the product),
5) cleaning the premises after the installation and arrangement of the equipment,
6) conducting training on the use of the equipment for specified employees of the Contracting Authority (applicable to those items for which such necessity was provided in the detailed description of the subject of the order),

8) all electrical elements of the offered equipment must comply with the Polish power supply standard,

2. The scope of the subject order includes:
1) the delivery of factory new (production year: 2024/2025), coming from current production and unused before the day of delivery, excluding necessary use for carrying out tests of correct operation, coming from official distribution channels of the manufacturer, ensuring in particular the realization of warranty rights of the equipment in the scope specified in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ together with their transport, bringing in and assembly (if applicable) and setting up in the place indicated by the Ordering Party,
2) delivery together with the order of the required service instructions in Polish (if applicable),
3) delivery of technical documentation, user-related to the subject of the order,
4) delivery together with the order of warranty documents issued by the manufacturer, as well as all necessary cables, connectors, etc. (if required for the proper functioning of the product),
5) cleaning of the premises after installation and arrangement of the equipment,
6) conducting training in the use of the equipment for designated employees of the Ordering Party (applies to delivered items for which such necessity was provided for in the detailed description of the subject of the order),
7) costs of transportation and insurance of the delivered equipment shall be borne by the Contractor,
8) all electrical elements of the offered equipment must meet the Polish power supply standard,
9) The Contractor will be responsible to the Ordering Party for being authorized to place the software installed in the offered equipment on the market and for the Ordering Party, as a result of concluding the contract, being entitled to use all software delivered with the offered equipment for ordinary use,
10) The Contractor is responsible for the overall order, including its course and timely execution, quality, compliance with technical and quality conditions and applicable legal provisions in this regard.
