The acquisition and installation of a number of 8 charging stations for electric vehicle batteries, hereinafter referred to as charging stations, for the objective "CHARGING STATIONS FOR ELECTRIC VEHICLES IN THE CITY OF HATEG" within the project funded by the Administration of the Environmental Fund (AFM), according to financing contract no. 483/GES/28.12.2023. The specific objective of AFM is the development of Romania through the implementation of essential programs and projects aimed at improving environmental quality by reducing greenhouse gas emissions by promoting the use of electric vehicles and targeting the development of ecological transport. U.A.T. Hateg aims to achieve the following objectives in the coming years:
❖ improving environmental quality by reducing greenhouse gas emissions by promoting the use of electric vehicles;
❖ developing the infrastructure for supplying vehicles with electric energy;
❖ promoting ecological transport.
Considering these objectives as well as the possibilities for increasing the number of electric cars in the city of Hateg, it results that at the city level, the objective of this investment is to create 16 charging points by installing 8 charging stations. The 8 charging stations will be located at the following addresses:

The charging stations will consist of two charging points, powered by the same delivery point from the public distribution network.
- 8 charging stations for electric vehicles will be installed. These will consist of at least two charging points, powered by the same delivery point from the public distribution network, of which one charging point allows charging in direct current at a power ≥ 50 kW, and another charging point allows charging in alternating current at a power ≥ 22 kW for electric vehicles. The charging stations will allow simultaneous charging at the declared powers.
- The charging stations will be equipped with at least Type 2 sockets and connectors for vehicles, according to the description in Standard EN 62196-2, for charging in alternating current, and with combined charging system connectors Combo 2, according to the description in Standard EN62196-3, for charging in direct current.
- Within the project, at least one of the 8 charging stations will provide, in addition to charging in alternating current, multistandard charging in direct current (CHAdeMO and Combo 2 charging)
- The charging stations will communicate via the OCPP - Open Charge Point Protocol - minimum 1.5 and will have a menu in Romanian and English.
- The charging stations will comply with the IEC 61851 standard (Conductive charging system for electric vehicles).
- At the location of the charging stations, two parking spaces will be ensured, equal to the number of charging points corresponding to the stations, exclusively designated for electric vehicle charging, marked green, with the image from the information panel. The land surface occupied is 25 sqm. The marking will be maintained throughout the implementation and monitoring period of the project
- Proper and visible signaling of the spaces where the charging stations are installed will be provided, in accordance with European and national standards in the field, according to the information panel. An information panel will be installed for each location.
- The power supply of the charging stations will be done from the nearest transformation point in the area. The cabling will be installed underground through protective pipes from the transformation point to the measurement and protection point, according to the Technical Connection Approvals and from the measuring and protection point to the charging station.
- Works will be carried out to construct concrete foundations/pillars, on which the charging stations will be placed.
The estimated value of the contract is composed of:
