• updating software and hardware systems to work efficiently on the newly developed systems
• the establishment of a management program for forensic medical information and documents that is prepared to be interconnected with other similar systems (such as the National Forensic Medicine Network)
• preparation for integration into the governmental cloud
• the establishment of electronic interfaces for receiving information from patients, judicial bodies, hospitals, and other health units, the Ministry of Health, the Public Ministry, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and associated structures
• preparation of an interface for exporting information and sending it to beneficiaries
• training of staff to increase general and specific digital skills
• Development of Ethernet and/or Wi-Fi network infrastructure – by purchasing the necessary equipment according to the new design plan (routers/switches/wireless access points, etc.). Implementing a network infrastructure is essential for the efficient functioning of the laboratory as well as for facilitating communication between devices.
The delivery time of the Management System/Products may be modified by mutual agreement of the parties only if the project implementation period is extended due to a possible extension of the implementation deadline of PNRR.
The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers/candidacies is 20 days, so that this information is automatically included in the participation announcement. The Contracting Authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/additional information registered in time, no later than the 11th day before the deadline for submission of offers, in accordance with the provisions of art. 160 and art. 161 of Law no. 98/2016 regarding public procurement.

LOT 1 - Facial reconstruction application.
Forensic medicine is responsible for conducting forensic anthropological expertise carried out on human remains, bone fragments with or without soft tissue, to clarify the objectives of justice regarding the date and circumstances of death, tafonomic data regarding the changes that occurred from the time of death until the time of discovery, establishing the causes of death, and identifying the missing person.
Forensic anthropological expertise is becoming increasingly complex, often in relation to multiple victims, as a result of natural or accidental disasters or crimes.
Due to the complexity of the objectives directed at forensic anthropology, identifying missing persons is a priority in relation to families seeking their disappeared.
Facial reconstruction
Among the modern means of identifying missing persons is also facial reconstruction based on the skulls of unidentified individuals. Facial reconstruction allows for greater identification through the possibility of publicizing the image for recognition.
Facial reconstruction can be performed using:
• Physical methods: using molds based on anatomical markers, applied layer by layer over a 3D printed skull replica after scanning.
• Digital methods: using specialized facial reconstruction software.
• Combined methods: using both methods to verify the resulting models.
