The procurement is intended to cover the client's need for remediation services that the client cannot carry out in-house. The assignments can include both planned and unplanned work. The assignments vary from case to case and mainly include buildings and premises for municipal operations (schools, preschools, retirement homes, care facilities, offices, etc.) as well as residential apartments and commercial premises in the clients' property portfolios. On the basis of the framework agreements, call-offs will be made for each assignment, where the scope and other conditions are specified.
