The services are divided into 9 lots, the details of which are specified in the consultation documents. The framework agreements will be concluded on a multi-award basis (except for lots 4, 6 and 7) for a firm period of 12 months from the date of notification, with the option of tacit renewal without the overall duration exceeding 48 months.
The submission of samples is mandatory and is a condition for the validity of the offer. The terms and conditions for the delivery of samples are specified in the rules of the consultation.

LOT-0001
MANUFACTURE AND MANUFACTURE OF FIXED DENTO-SUPPORTED PROSTHESES AND IMPLANT-SUPPORTED FIXED PROSTHESES.
The lot will give rise to the implementation of a multi-award framework agreement subject to a sufficient number of bids: 2 successful bidders will be selected. The framework agreement will be concluded at a unit price within the meaning of Article R 2112-6 1° of the French Public Procurement Code, up to a maximum annual amount of €300,000 excluding VAT.

LOT-0002
DIGITAL DESIGN AND MANUFACTURING FIXED DENTO-SUPPORTED AND IMPLANT-SUPPORTED PROSTHESES.
The lot will give rise to the implementation of a multi-award framework agreement subject to a sufficient number of bids: 2 successful bidders will be selected. The framework agreement will be concluded at a unit price within the meaning of Article R 2112-6 1° of the French Public Procurement Code, up to a maximum annual amount of €200,000. HT.

The lot will give rise to the implementation of a multi-award framework agreement subject to a sufficient number of tenders: 3 successful tenderers will be selected. The lot will give rise to the implementation of a multi-award framework agreement subject to a sufficient number of bids: 2 successful bidders will be selected. The framework agreement will be concluded at a unit price within the meaning of Article R 2112-6 1° of the French Public Procurement Code, up to a maximum annual amount of €100,000 excluding VAT.
