In the existing building at Wernerstraße 1 in Stuttgart Feuerbach, two security authorities of the state are to be housed. In the long term, more than 1,000 employees will find their new workplace at this location. The building complex from the 1990s is to be comprehensively renovated and adapted to the requirements of modern working as well as current energy and climate protection goals. As part of the measure, a section of the building from the 1960s will be replaced by a new building to be planned, which will be connected to the existing building.
