The BWI considers entering into a framework agreement with an economic operator for the subscription for the provision, operation, maintenance, and support of a standard electronic patient file (COTS) in accordance with gematik specifications as a SaaS solution for the introduction of the electronic patient file of the Bundeswehr (ePABw) through the negotiation procedure with a participation competition according to § 11 Abs. 1 Satz 1 Alt. 2 VSVgV. The contract will be concluded for a term of up to seven years.
