Construction of new pedestrian walkways for the Agrement and Castanilor site, with modern architecture and included ambient architectural lighting; Construction of stone amphitheaters for events proposed for the Agrement site; Creation of landscaping arrangements through tree planting, flowers, grassed areas, etc. Installation of new urban furniture to serve the newly arranged areas (benches for seating, water fountains, streetlights, etc.); Implementation of a pedestrian circulation system, with paved paths, steps, and ramps; Construction of parapets and retaining walls for pedestrian circulation in areas with pronounced topography; Creation of light and water games integrated into the pavement, positioned pointwise in the space; Establishment of an urban and ambient lighting system, energy-efficient at night (LED lighting). Creation of sports fields and playgrounds, treated with mineral materials, with special shock-absorbing surfaces (tartan). Construction of buildings to support the newly proposed activities: 1 changing room building for the Agrement site, 2 building units for sanitary facilities for the Monument 29 area; Construction of pavilions for relaxation and stay activities: 1 wooden pergola in the Monument area, 1 gazebo, and 1 arbor on the Castanilor site; Provision of electronic display panels for each site, along with a surveillance video system and Wi-Fi.
