In order to be able to meet the different technical and conceptual requirements of Hamburg's schools, educational institutions and their departments with regard to their basic digital media equipment, differentiated product groups and ancillary services are to be put out to tender (interactive displays, interactive smart displays and interactive projectors - Lots 1 to 3). A framework agreement on the corresponding services is to be concluded with the BSB for the benefit of the schools and other educational institutions of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg or the client's offices in the field of education (e.g. state institute, adult education centre, youth music school, etc.) with the respective contractor of a lot. The persons entitled to call off are entitled – but not obliged – to call up services under this framework agreement.

Presentation systems are used as presentation media in classrooms. Special products are to be available for the very different application requirements. These range from mobile to semi-mobile to permanently installed solutions with height adjustment.

This tender is for the supply of interactive displays and interactive LED/laser projectors (projectors with conventional lamps are not permitted!). The scope of delivery includes the hardware with the latest firmware and, if applicable, the associated presentation software in the current version, including the ready-to-use installation and fixed wall mounting including all necessary cables (for the presentation systems, this is at least the power cable and a network cable, RJ45). If required, height-adjustable and mobile holder systems are also to be supplied. For use in classrooms, special requirements must be set that take into account both the durability of the hardware and the pedagogical suitability of the operation and the existing software.

The presentation software must support very different possible uses, adapted to the respective pedagogical intention. Since very different media are often integrated into the lessons, as many media as possible must be supported. The usability and the different possible uses must therefore be simple and intuitive.

The scope of services over the entire term is the delivery of expected (maximum purchase quantity)
• 1000 interactive displays 75" 4K
• 3200 interactive displays 86" 4K
including the operational installation and fixed wall mounting of the interactive displays, including the necessary cables (see 1.2) required for the functionality of the components. The ability to operate the pen and finger must be guaranteed, regardless of the type of execution. In addition, height-adjustable and mobile holder systems may be supplied as required (additional services).
Further accessories and/or associated services must be supplied on demand.
