The subject of the order is the purchase of motor fuels – unleaded gasoline 95 and diesel fuel, as well as other products and services (including operating fluids, engine oils, bulbs, accessories, and car cosmetics, highway tolls, vehicle washing services, and energy for electric vehicles through charging stations – in cases where chargers are available at the Contractor's stations), based on electronic identity cards, hereinafter referred to as 'cards', throughout the country, for company vehicles operated by the organizational units of the Agricultural Social Insurance Fund (KRUS). The number of vehicles in the Ordering Party's fleet as of the date of publication of the proceedings is 354 vehicles.

Purchase of motor fuels.
1. The subject of the order is the purchase of motor fuels – unleaded gasoline 95 and diesel fuel, as well as other products and services (including operating fluids, engine oils, bulbs, accessories, and car cosmetics, highway tolls, vehicle washing services, and energy for electric vehicles through charging stations – in cases where chargers are available at the Contractor's stations), based on electronic identity cards, hereinafter referred to as 'cards', throughout the country, for company vehicles operated by the organizational units of the Agricultural Social Insurance Fund (KRUS). The number of vehicles in the Ordering Party's fleet as of the date of publication of the proceedings is 354 vehicles. Charging electric vehicles will be conducted via a free mobile application provided by the Contractor. 2. The subject of the order includes the purchase of motor fuels and other products and services in estimated quantities: a) unleaded gasoline with an octane number of 95 - in the amount of 600,000 liters; b) diesel fuel - in the amount of 90,000 liters; c) other products and services depending on the Ordering Party's needs, the value of which during the term of the contract shall not exceed 15% of the total gross fuel compensation, - for company vehicles included in the equipment of the KRUS organizational units. The estimated number of vehicle washing services is 6285 times. The vehicle washing service includes external washing of vehicles in automatic car washes at the Contractor's fuel stations, in a washing program that includes at least body washing, wheel washing, waxing, and drying. 3. The Contractor must ensure the delivery of motor fuels covered by the subject of the order, compliant with applicable standards and regulations of the Minister of Climate and Environment dated 26.06.2024 regarding quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018, as amended). 4. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the Draft provisions of the contract – Chapter II of the Terms of Reference (SWZ). 5. The Contractor will execute the subject of the order no earlier than from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2028, or until the total value of the contract is exhausted.
