The municipality of Tuusula's Growth and Environment department is requesting offers for the provision of unit price-based vehicle and machinery services for the contract period from April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2027 (+ 1 optional year).
All suppliers who meet the eligibility criteria and whose offers fulfill the requirements set for the procurement object are accepted into the framework agreement. Service orders based on the framework agreement will be made in a total economic advantage order according to the comparison of offers. The service order will be awarded to the first available, suitable task force defined by the client, whose suitability will be determined within a four (4) week trial period. The client is not obligated to purchase a specific quantity during the contract period but will procure as needed.
The contract does not cover machine rentals without drivers.
The overall cost-effectiveness of the offered machinery will be assessed according to the year of commissioning, which will affect scoring.
The work experience of the offered construction workers and professional machinery operators will impact scoring.
The procurement is divided into lots. An offer can include one or more machines from a subcategory, and also allows for intra-category partial offers. The supplier may offer multiple machines belonging to the same machine type by making parallel offers.
