Description:
CNR seeks to outsource the supply, installation, operation, and maintenance of its public and private electric vehicle charging terminals as part of its initiative to enhance green mobility and replace aging infrastructure.

As part of the evolution of its electric vehicle fleet and new regulations on green mobility, CNR wishes to outsource the renewal, supervision, and maintenance of its IRVE terminal parks. Since 2015, CNR has encouraged the deployment of decarbonized mobility by providing IRVE terminals at its private sites (lot 1) and in public spaces (lot 2) along the Rhône valley. In 2024, CNR decided to outsource the management of its existing IRVE parks and to replace the terminals in service that are reaching the end of their life cycle in both areas (lots 1 and 2) according to the terms described below. The work must be carried out in occupied sites.

The work must be carried out in occupied sites. It is referred to Lot No. 1 (private terminals): In 2024, 86 terminals distributed across 31 industrial or tertiary sites are operated by CNR (1 to 7 terminals of 22kW power per site). See details in annex 1. The terminals are made available to: A. CNR service electric vehicles; B. CNR employees wishing to charge their personal electric vehicles at their workplace.

The work must be carried out in occupied sites. It is referred to Lot No. 2 (public terminals): In 2024, 54 terminals open to the public distributed across 27 sites are managed by CNR. See details in annex 1. The terminals are available to the public for charging any electric vehicle.
