The object of the Project is the development of a unified Case Management System (ΣΥΔΥΠ), with the expansion of the existing infrastructure of the Contracting Authority, the functional integration of the Northern Greece Subdivision, and the installation of specialized software for the analysis of large volumes of data. The procurement of a software package, the upgrade of the Central and Regional Data Centers of the Contracting Authority, and the enhancement of its ICT infrastructure are included. The object of the contract is described in detail in ANNEX I hereof and in the technical specifications document of Annex I of the Announcement. The Contractor shall, before the completion of the Project, have conducted training seminars for staff of the Greek Police, as described in the relevant chapter on Trainings of the Technical Specifications in Annex I. The detailed training program will comply with the annex 'Training Plan' which will be submitted with the Implementation Study of the Project. A warranty period and a maintenance period as an option are also provided.
