LOT-0002
Delivery of registration stickers with national coat of arms.
Registration stickers with the coloured coat of arms of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, security code and with the name of the respective authority (e.g. Märkischer Kreis / Kreis Olpe / Kreis Soest / Ennepe-Ruhr-Kreis / Kreis Siegen Wittgenstein / Kreis Unna).
The registration stickers must comply with the requirements of Annex 5 to Section 12 (3) sentences 2 - 7 FZV (current version).
In addition to the stickers, the corresponding pressure number-security code combinations must be made available to the respective authority electronically in a file in the x-KFZ standard format.

LOT-0003
HU inspection stickers.
Inspection stickers for the monitoring of motor vehicles and trailers in accordance with § 29 para. 2 in conjunction with Annex IX StVZO

The inspection stickers must comply with the requirements
- Annex IX StVZO
- and the SecuRasta, SecuRasta light, Sicotra system or equivalent safety standards (e.g. destruction of the sticker when trying to remove it immediately after gluing)
conform.

LOT-0004
Export badges on red background.
Registration stickers with the respective district coat of arms and the authority marking of the respective authority (e.g. Märkischer Kreis / Kreis Olpe / Kreis Soest / Ennepe-Ruhr-Kreis / Kreis Siegen-Wittgenstein / Kreis Unna) for export license plates (with red background (RAL2002)), coat of arms and lettering in black), 35 mm diameter in accordance with § 45 para. 2 FZV in conjunction with Annex 4 Section 8 No. 3 FZV
(current version).

Samples of the respective district coats of arms will be provided if required.

The stickers must comply with the requirements of the SecuRasta, SecuRasta light, Sicotra system or equivalent safety standards (e.g. destruction of the sticker in the event of an attempt to remove it, even immediately after gluing).

LOT-0005
Short-term plaques on a blue background.
Registration stickers with the respective district coat of arms and the authority designation of the respective authority (e.g. Märkischer Kreis / Kreis Olpe / Kreis Soest / Ennepe-Ruhr-Kreis / Kreis Siegen-Wittgenstein / Kreis Unna) for short-term license plates (with blue background -DIN 6171-/, coat of arms and lettering in black version), 35 mm diameter according to § 42 para. 3 FZV in conjunction with Annex 4 Section 6 No. 4a
(current version).

Samples of the respective district coats of arms will be provided if required.

The stickers must comply with the requirements of the SecuRasta, SecuRasta light, Sicotra system or equivalent safety standards (e.g. destruction of the sticker in the event of an attempt to remove it, even immediately after gluing).

LOT-0006
Document adhesive seal.
The document seals must meet the requirements specified in the Traffic Gazette (Official Part) 1997 Issue 4 No. 35 (p. 140).

- 20 mm diameter with inscription (name of the respective authority and coat of arms)
- Sequentially numbered (digits only)
- Including free provision of stable, mechanical or electrically operated donation devices as well as a full service (e.g. direct replacement of defective devices)

LOT-0007
Fine dust sticker (red/yellow/green).
The stickers correspond to Annex 1 Sample Stickers (to § 2 para. 1 and § 3 para. 1) of the Thirty-fifth Ordinance on the Implementation of the Federal Immission Control Act (Ordinance on the Identification of Motor Vehicles with a Low Contribution to Pollutant Pollution - 35th BImSchV).

The stickers are aggravating for forgery and are intended to destroy themselves when trying to remove them.

The badge is marked by laser, dot matrix printer or manually. It must be possible to mark by dot matrix printer without having to insert it into a transport system. Any adapters required for printing with a laser printer must be enclosed.

LOT-0008
Registration certificates Part I.
Registration certificates Part I in accordance with Annex 6 to § 13 para. 1 FZV (current version) with imprint of the authority identification of the respective districts.

In particular, the registration certificates must comply with the requirements of numbers 4 to 6 of Annex 6 to Section 13 (1) FZV with regard to the pressure piece number and the security codes.

In addition to the registration certificates Part I, the corresponding printed part number-security code combinations must be made available to the respective authority electronically in a file in the x-KFZ standard format.

Vehicle registration documents for vehicles with short-term license plates.
Vehicle registration documents for vehicles with short-term registration plates in accordance with Annex 14 to Section 42 (5) FZV (current version).

With an impression of the official identification of the respective districts.
