The subject of this public procurement is the delivery of selected components to meet the goals of the contracting authority, with this procurement documentation governing the delivery of selected components only for the Pardubice Region – that is, for the regional educational centers of the Czech Labour Office – regional office in Pardubice. Based on the principles of the establishment, implementation, sustainability, and permanence of (regional) educational centers, it is necessary to purchase appropriate, modern, and technical (computer) equipment, not specified for routine and administrative activities, but rather for interactive and online connections, suitable for work with graphics programs, and for adequate (not technologically cutting-edge, but proportionately corresponding) hardware equipment, through which the contracting authority will be capable of providing and ensuring adequate services, for example, for continuous transmission of audiovisual communication to the end user, processing and creating spots, video programs, and broadcasting them, including editing.
The contracting authority will initiate a total of 14 procurement procedures for individual regional offices of the Czech Labour Office, with each of these procedures divided into further parts according to categories of components. The main goal of the contracting authority is to ensure mutual technical compatibility of the same categories of components among all regional educational centers across different regions. This relates to the contracting authority's requirement for open-source software for individual components, where such a solution is relevant.
a) The subject of the fulfillment will also include comprehensive training lasting 4 hours, provided in a one-time session at the place of fulfillment. The contracting authority requires that the content of the training includes, in particular (note: the content of the training may vary depending on which part of the public procurement the supplier is submitting an offer for):
