The public procurement is a framework agreement that sets out all the contractual stipulations. It is executed as and when purchase orders are issued under the conditions set out in Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum and with a maximum expressed in value for its entire period of validity within the meaning of Article R2162-4, 2° of the Public Procurement Code. The maximum amount for the entire duration of the public contract is set at €210,000 excluding VAT. The public contract is a single contractor. The public contract comprises: - a part of foreseeable services concluded at a global and fixed price- a part of non-programmable services concluded at unit prices. The foreseeable share of services corresponds to:The supply of a laser cassette engraver with magazinesA sorting system; Equipment deployment and commissioning services; Support services for the computer connection (interfacing with the laboratory management system) to be given a quote from the SCC publisher; Training for all users; All captive and optimized consumables and accessories required for commissioning; Warranty. The share of non-programmable services corresponds to: Maintenance services and the supply of captive spare parts; The supply of consumables, accessories and captive and optimized products (including cassettes) necessary for the operation of the equipment; Additional training for technicians or pathologists (not trained at the time of commissioning); The supply of a laser cassette engraver, in case of the need for a back-up; The provision of the extended warranty for the duration of the contract (Optional Additional Service).
